We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available through Stripe in your region.
Yearly plans let you pay once a year at a lower effective monthly rate. Monthly and yearly billing include the same monthly credits for each plan.
Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date — unused credits do not roll over.
Your credit quota automatically resets at the start of each billing cycle. Your existing creations remain accessible even if you run out of credits.
Yes. Monthly plans keep the discounted price on renewal. Annual plans get the first-day discount on the first yearly payment only.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
Refund requests are handled according to our Terms of Service. If you need help after payment or are dissatisfied with the product, please contact support@melodusk.ai first so our team can review the issue and assist you.
All paid plans include commercial usage rights, allowing you to use generated music for business purposes, monetized content, and commercial projects. The Free plan does not include commercial usage rights.
